Rental of Facilities Information
Chapin American Legion Post 193 has two facilities available for rental by the public and members. The Post building is located at 102 Lexington Avenue in Chapin, SC, and consists of a Dining Hall, Kitchen, and Kitchen Hall. The second facility is the Yeoman-Bernard Pavillion located on Amicks Ferry Road in Chapin. Rental information is listed below as well as a link to the Post Rental Agreement/Application. Rate Schedule for Renting the Post
Half day - $200
Full day - $300
Cleaning fee - $75
Audiovisual, microphones, TVs, tables, and chairs are included in the rental fee.
1. Complete the American Legion Post 193 Rental Agreement & secure the date with a deposit of $100.
2. If beer and/or wine is being served (beer and wine are the only alcoholic beverages permitted), the Applicant must obtain special event insurance prior to the event and provide a certificate of insurance listing American Legion Post 193 (hereinafter referred to as the Post) and the Town of Chapin as an additional insured, to the Post two weeks prior to the event. This insurance is available through www.rvnuccio.com or from local agents.
3. The renter (Applicant) hereby agrees to abide by these conditions of the Rental Agreement with the Post and the attached rules and regulations.

Half day - $100
Full day - $200
Cleaning fee - $50
1. Complete the American Legion Post 193 Rental Agreement & secure the date with a 50% deposit.
2. If beer and/or wine is being served, (beer and wine are the only alcoholic beverages permitted), the applicant must obtain special event insurance prior to the event and provide a certificate of insurance listing American Legion Post 193 (hereinafter referred to as the Post) and the Town as Chapin as insured, to the Post two weeks prior to the event. This insurance is available through www.rvnuccio.com or from local agents. The renter (applicant) hereby agrees to abide by the conditions of this contract with the Post and the attached rules and regulations. Beer and/or wine only is authorized.
3. The renter (Applicant) hereby agrees to abide by these conditions of the Rental Agreement with the Post and the attached rules and regulations.
